Delivery Details & Cost
Standard Courier delivery.
We deliver on weekdays to most parts of the UK using local couriers.
Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days after placing your order. However, if you haven’t received your parcel after 7 working days please contact us at sales@creaturecomfortsdevon.com or by phone on 01271 323003.
Please note Bank Holidays are not working days so please allow for this before contacting us.
If you do not live within the UK mainland delivery unfortunately we cannot at present offer our
services to you.
We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate. Should shipping costs be higher than that shown on your order when completed at checkout we will notify you by email prior to dispatch.
Orders up to £59.99 are subject to a £5.95 delivery charge. Orders over £60.00 are delivered free.
You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.

Please remember to include your Order Number (if known), your full name and postcode when corresponding
by email.
If there is a problem with your order regarding stock levels we will be in touch as soon as we are aware of the problem to advise you of expected delay. In case of this problem you will be asked if you wish to proceed with order, if the arrangement is unacceptable to you then a full refund and an apology will be given.
Orders must be placed by Noon Monday to Thursday to be dispatched the following day. Orders placed on a Thursday after Noon and Friday before Noon will be dispatched on Monday. Ordersplaced on a Friday after Noon, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on a Tuesday.
